In blogging, consistency is key. Consistency is, without a doubt, one of the most powerful tools you can wield in blogging. It is what will help establish your brand, drive more traffic and make you a true expert/resource in your industry.
And guess what, consistency is FREE99 baby!
… so I’m going to do my darndest to set you up with a successful blog strategy (per usual *wink*).
… and create realistic goals to work towards. In fact, I’ve created a FREE PDF WORKSHEET that will make creating your 3-MONTH CONTENT CALENDAR simple.
In the beginning of my blogging journey I had so much energy to write, and it was amazing. I would publish blog posts multiple times a week, which was great….until I promptly burnt myself out.
I wish I would have simply scheduled my posts to release bi-weekly until I had about 3-months worth of content in my blogging bank. Learn from me!
Download the free worksheet and complete it as you read this blog post!
Perhaps, just starting out, you can write two blog posts per month.
Do some research to look up which days of the week your audience are most apt to be active online. Write down the dates for the first 3-months
I recommend publishing posts in the morning so that it’s one of the first emails at the top of your readers inboxes.
These are the posts you will write and schedule. Put them beside each date you have filled into the worksheet.
This is a very simple way to begin creating a content calendar, and we LOVE keeping things simple so you can get blogging like a boss in no-time! You can use this method no matter what your blog posting frequency is. Again, the key is to be consistent. Start small and work your way up.
Check out more blogging tips on the blog, or checkout the Launch Your Blog Like A Boss online course. The course is completely self-paced, so you can take your blog from idea to monetization in your free-time!
Proud of you, BB! You’ve got this!
